I have been there through 4 owners, First was private owners, since Corporate took over it has been hell for me, keep raising the rent, go there in the winter bring a shovel, you need insurance, seems to me it just keeps getting worse, bring mouse traps, and Ice melt. trying to contact them is crazy, no one there when you go there, try calling is a waste of time. what more can I say, Just don't store your stuff for any length of time, I am parting with stuff that I don't have space for, and learning that I can find another place. I was a good in the beginning.

It was incredibly convenient to have storage right down the street from our previous house. We were able to drive things over to storage to clear out space in our house for staging to sell. And whenever we needed something from storage, it was a quick drive to pick it up. It was like having a clean, dry shed in our backyard. Incredible service too! My sister and I sold our home in Voorheesville and unfortunately it was so quick we didn’t have time to plan our next move. We had no place for our furniture and belongings even though it would only be temporary. Being we were both V’ville residents, we wanted to work local and close to where we planned on buying a new house. When we walked into V’ville Self Storage, we were greeting with a smile and immediately felt confident we were in the right place for help. Teresa is one of the nicest, most professional ladies we have ever worked with. We were so happy she was knowledgeable and talked us through everything and made the perfect suggestions for our needs.
