No one on site to take care of business. I waited a few minutes for someone to show up and get started. When closing out, again, no one on site and no one called me back after leaving a voicemail message to the direct store. I had to call back and talk to the corporate office.

This place works if you're in a pinch, but has no place to throw away things if you're planning on downsizing while your stuff is in storage, like I was. All the dumpsters outside are for the stores on the other side and you WILL get yelled at if you try to use them. The one I thought was OK to use I got told by the woman from Storage sense there would be a fee if I tried to use it. Thankfully she let me because it was the last day of me being there and it was only a few broken boxes. Also the elevator doesn't always work, but when it does make sure you don't trip on the trim that's always coming off the wall. This place is relatively new but you wouldn't know that by how it's up kept.

It wasn't bad yet I think that there should be more than one elevator and that the access codes should work right away. I reserved my storage 12/7 and moved into my unit on 12/9 yet my access code didn't work and I had to call the after hours number to get a temporary code to access my unit. Other than that my experience wasn't bad.

I had rented another unit nearby to store a motorcycle in, but quickly figured out it would not work for my needs. I rented the last outside entry unit at Storage Sense overnight and spoke with the site manager the next morning to finalize everything. I was able to get a free first month online which offset the cost of the unit at the other facility and I could not be happier. This facility is clean and nice and the site manager is super helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of storage!

I wish the lock access was bigger . Didn't fit any of the locks I had so had to run next door to market and buy a different one. Only complaint. Facility seems very nice and clean and was easy to get into my unit after hours.

Very impressed with storage options available at this conveniently located Storage Sense location. After touring the facility, Justin, the manager, was so in tune to what size unit would best accommodate our needs. The units, the grounds and the main office are all very clean and well maintained. Reasonably priced storage supplies, including locks, were easily purchased from inventory in main office. Staff, Justin and Yolanda, were professional and helpful.

Management was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions. The storage units that were assigned to me were both in close proximity which was very helpful when moving and everything was very clear and precise as far as instructions and accessing the units.

Starting and ending the process was easy. They space was fine. The only issue is I had was sometimes when trying to bring or take things from the unit, other customers had the rolling carts. They need double the carts to help their clients move their things to and from the units.

Shetonna was fantastic. She always explained the process thoroughly and assisted with filling out forms. The storage unit was clean, comfortable (humidity and temperature), convenient, and well lit (10x20). Availability of 2 hand carts was a life saver. Great experience overall. Only minor nit was the time frames and timing of monthly periods. Even though our account said paid through the end of the month, our second month was up 3 days earlier.

The staff was not on property and I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Then the lady never returned my ID and called me 5 hours later to return it. The price is reasonable however.

Unit rental went well. The site manager was very helpful during the rental and contract process. Our primary "gripe" is that the elevator to the second floor was not working (for a virtually new facility) and we had to carry our belongings up the stairs and down the 100 yards of hallway (no carts upstairs). The facility was clean and bright and the unit we rented was clean and roomy for our needs. It would be nice to have a working elevator.
