This place is okay. I have multiple units here so I’m going in and out a lot. Customer care on the 1-800 number will be the only way you can fix anything if you’re having problems. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Beth who is a customer care representative for corporate. She has taken the time to make sure my account stays with Storage Sense. A true sweetheart!

Facility is easily accessible right off 67. Perfect location as the cheapest gas in Saratoga county is right next-door. Full range of indoor and outdoor unit sizes, with walls that are bound to the ceilings so your items will be how you left them. Great staff Shelby will make sure your experience with them is that of one you were looking for. The first month was free, if purchased online which made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Horrible called and explained what I was storing the lady gave me a unit way to small, told me the climate units were the same price as the outside unit... and then when I upgraded I'm told the first month us free I got the unit june 2nd they r saying in owe rent the 2nd of July when I already paid 100 bucks for the climate unit that was to small so rent shouldn't be due until Aug

Everything was great except you don’t offer a refund for remaining days in the month you don’t use. Any storage services I’ve used in the past offers a refund if you move out earlier in the month. Customer should see a percentage of that coming back to them

I have stored 2 travel trailers here. The first one was small and I could back it into the smaller RV spaces that were delineated with posts on either side of the spot. When I bought my second trailer, it was too wide to safely back into the same spot. I spoke with Nayomi about it and she found me a better spot on asphalt that fit perfectly and at a discount! She is so helpful and friendly. You are very lucky to have her to manage this facility. Thank you!
