Used the website to rent the unit and prior to showing up. Katie the manager called me to help me with any questions I had. She also gave me a much easier to use gate code. Needed to upgrade the size as I underestimated the size needed and she helped me do it within minutes. After acquiring more items I don't have the room at home. Called and spoke to Wanda that was great also and she told me the next available size unit and the number prior to arriving. Katie and Wanda are extremely nice and explain everything very clearly and fast without any errors. When signing my new lease the FedEx driver showed up for items that someone who rents a locker needed. Wanda made sure they were secure and notified the gentleman his packages were in the office. Amazing service and couldn't be happier about the decision to use Storage Sense for the temporary use of a storage unit. If anyone I know needs a unit, will suggest Storage Sense to them.

I reserved a storage unit last week and went to the location today to finalize the agreement. Upon arrival of the location I was greeted by the store manager Katie and an associate named Wanda. Katie handled my reservation and took the time to take me to my unit and explain in detail other options available. The genuine interest in her assuring I was acquiring the correct unit to best fit my needs was unwavering. I immediately felt so comfortable with putting my belongings and valuables at this location. Afterwards in the office, Katie continued to explain everything in detail simplifying the entire experience. In a fast paced world it is rare to encounter a customer service employee who is sincere in their unconditional desire to assist a perspective customer. Alot of people are quick to complain about something trivial, but it was mandatory to me to compliment the best customer service I have ever received. If I were a business owner, Katie fits the model and sets the standard for the type of employees I would want. Great job and thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
