after call numerous storage places, i called storage sense and im happy to say that my experience with trying to find a storage close to home was pretty easy. storage sense found me a place close to home they took care of everything all i had to do is go there. i spoke to Brittany from storage sense she was fantastic!! great sense of humor!! answered any questions we had. very polite!

Clean climate controlled storage for sll your needs. The management aims to please with helpful suggestions for all your budget concerns and with any issues that arise they really go the xttra mile.5 star rating would be a black top or cemented ground for inside the gate. Rocks tend to move while driving on them could possibly dent a car.

Brittany and Jen were great. I am not happy with your A1 assistant experience. Constantly dropping calls. Communication i.e., getting through is time consuming. The girls themselves are very pleasant and accommodating.

My unit was broken into earlier this year along site several other units at this location. They replaced my lock with their own combination lock. I returned their lock as asked and put my own lock on the unit only to have them replace it with another combination lock. They do NOT answer emails or repeated phone calls. Horrible service. (Thank you for a quick call back! Manager straightened it out to my satisfaction and I am a happy camper!)

Your website clearly explained the costs and gave me contact info. We dealth with Walt, the property manager, and he was so very helpful getting us the unit we wanted. He was very professional and made the whole process an easy one. I'm a very happy customer!

The guy that’s physically there that runs the place I think his name is John I’m not too sure he is awesome the owner of the property don’t waste your money storage units are pretty clean the gate never works

This is the worst place ever..no one ever on site..but gate left open. Never..never..never rent here....I have contact with many people in cape May county a d they all agree.....many bins not rented....it is the worst place ever.they raise tents and not inform you...raised every 7 to9 months without notification...management is brain dead..and people on phone even worse...if you call with a problem...they will not call you back or answer the phone...I had a broken door for 2 months and the gate code would not work....no response....D NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!

Have been a customer for over 2 years. Very clean and well run by manager Jim.Through “no” fault of manager the company contracted for snow removal this past January did a terrible job.Gate was broken but Jim found a repair company in a timely mannerHappy to be a customer and know that a competent and professional manager in on the premises.

I gave this facility 3 stars, because, even though I feel like the man who runs it deserves 5, I have been with this facility for 2 years. When I signed my contract, the rent was 68 dollars a month plus insurance and tax. That would usually total out to 84 dollars a month. I now, without notice, have to pay 91 dollars a month, and 20 dollars or 20% (whichever is greater) in late fees. While it is our duty to fulfill our end of the contract as a customer, I feel the company should abide by the contract as well. While it's a little increase, it's still without warning, and I struggle paying my bills as is.

Very convenient, clean and secure. You can drive your car to the unit whenever you want even when the office is closed. The management office is efficient and courteous. I would definitely store there again and recommend other people to do so.
