The guy with the purple eyes was really nice. Sorry I forgot his name. My little daughter kept saying I want purple eyes. Lol . He helped us pick a good unit and told us about the current specials they were offering.. he was very professional and nice. Answered all our questions and I will recommend to family and friends.

I moved from Texas so it was sight unseen. Storage Sense was the cleanest storage facility I have ever rented. The staff were all very professional and kind. I’ll be sure to recommend Storage Sense to my family and friends.

I have had a unit since 2006 which was a 15 X 10 climate control unit which I vacated a few years ago. There is a lack of personal interaction in contrast to previous owners and the price went up dramatically after I rented the recent unit at $130.00 per month. After a short period, the monthly charge went to $180.00. The facility has generally been okay, although a number of my items were moldy inspite of having a climate control unit.

The staff was extremely helpful. The facility is located conveniently just off of Route 9 and easy to get to near GSP Exit 9. And the property and surrounding storage area is extremely clean.

Megan in the office signed me up and was very efficient and pleasant. I am in outside storage and the entry gate is still broken in the open position after a week.This has me VERY worried. Hoping they can come up with a temporary solution to get the gate closed and locked up at night until the gate is fixed.

The prices are fairly reasonable compared to other storage units. It is in a good location. And I do appreciate the occasional reminder of the bill being late. Work in life gets very busy and sometimes I do need a little help reminding me of the bill due date and overage.

CAN I GIVE THIS STORE 10 STARS??When I think of customer service I imagine an experience where I am greeted properly, attended to in a timely manner and most of all, I have the desire to come back to that store. This particular location meets all of those expectations and then some and I truly believe that Brittany is the primary reason why. She embodies so much character and should definitely be recognized for it as well as compensated properly; she more than deserves it.Brittany you ROCK GIRL!!!
