I deducted one star for a conversation I initially had regarding my rental. The woman on the phone was short and seemed irritable with me. Otherwise, all of my conversations have been great. My husband mistakenly moved to the wrong unit and with a few phone calls was able to work it out without difficulty - made a frustrating situation much easier!

Clean. Easy access. Only difficulty has been the snow sliding slowly off the roof over time, requiring multiple times shovelling. If only it would "slide right off" like the metal roofing companies say.

My family and I had a life changing experience that flipped our life's upsidedown. We had lost our home to a fire. It was almost a total loss for everything we own. We wanted to salvage as much as we could and also need a place to store our belongings safe and secure. There was so much to do and go through but thankfully 603 Storage was there for us. We were able to safely store what we could save and store all the new things in preparation of our home to be rebuilt. It made our difficult times simple and easy. I will also add that the price and service was second to none. 603 was right there to help, got us in , and when it was time that we no longer needed there help they made everything simple, easy, and non stressful. I would recommend there service to everyone else.
