Nicole was awesome with helping me recently!! I lost the keys for my unit but she was able to help me make a next day appointment to cut my lock! She was so fast and her customer service is next level!! Thank you so much Nicole, hopefully I won’t have to meet you for a lock again, but if I do I know it’ll be a pleasant treat!

It is a new building that feels very clean, quiet and safe. There are convenient equipment and elevators for moving things, so there was no inconvenience. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

It was easy and quick to just pick the unit I needed, fill out the lease and do all the esignatures! When I went for the first time after signing, the woman working was extremely nice and helped me get to my unit the quickest and easiest way for moving in. Very clean. Very secure and very nice.

Good place good customer service but the building changed hands earlier this year and the prices went up to an unreasonable amount and ill be getting out before end of year

I already have recommended people!! I was in a weird situation where I still live outside of NH but my parents were moving and the house Im building in NH wasnt ready yet. The way the dates worked out was confusing but the lady i worked with from here was extremely nice and helpful. She made it a super easy process which was nice considering the stress im under! i will continue to recommend to people (:

Everyone I spoke with at 603 Storage was polite and professional. The location is very well maintained. The units themselves are spacious and climate controlled, which is a plus. The price couldn't have been better either!I highly recommend 603 Storage.

INCREDIBLE! Family-owned storage facility!! I spoke to the most incredible Customer Service Representative EVER - her name is REHAMER (RE for short). I can't begin to express how helpful, sweet, wonderful, informative and genuine she was through the whole EASY process of renting a storage unit!What a great deal too - two months 1/2 off and they are cheaper than most and climate controlled as well ~Truly wonderful experience - if it starts off that good, you know you are in the right place for all your storage needs!Thank you RE! Whoever hired you knows how to hire the right people for the job! You are an excellent Mgr and person!
