Wonderful customer service I came in about a week and a half prior to actually renting the units. The lady at the front desk said that she can hold the unit for me and until I returned from my vacation which was wonderful news. She locked in the price that was offered at that time when I returned, the offer had went down a little bit. She offered me that price which was wonderful. I was greatly appreciated the fact that When a new price came along, she told me about it, and I was able to get it. she was a very warm and friendly individual which made the whole process of getting the storage better and my location is wonderful the fact that it is inside of a building and I’m able to drive up to it just in case there’s any rain or snow it’s just really really convenient, so yes, I will recommend store since to any of my friends who may need to store some items for a couple months or how long they need it , thank you

My experience was skeptical because every time I came up there to pay my bill the workers were very rude . Even when I first got my storage unit the lady didn’t even show us where I unit was, we had to find it ourselves. One lady told us my bill was due on the 17 but when it was time to pay for my bill the lady said my bill was due on the 15. But overall my things were still left the way i left them

The staff are amazing the units have maintenance issues and most of my items got moldy from the moisture that gets trapped into the drive in buildings with limited ventilation the rent is too high for what you get the lighting is very poor and dangerous metal straps coming out of concrete floors making it dangerous and impossible to pack around

I love the concept of having our storage unit indoors. There’s a locked gate you have to get through first and then you have to get into the building to get to your unit. You can drive your car inside which was pretty cool. I had issues with my gate code the first day. I called the after hour number and was helped immediately! Definitely recommend storing your stuff here!
