The manager was excellent and fix the problem with my online rental. Online said 3071 was a 10x5 but it’s reallyy a 5x5. He reassigned my rental no hassle. He was extremely helpful and would rent from them again.

I will give a five stars for the courtesy and politeness, I would recommend it easily. Easy to obtain a unit over the phone and staff was friendly. When we arrived the facility was very clean and the carts were conveniently placed near the door and elevator. Felt better knowing that all entrances are protected with locked doors with personalized codes and we saw cameras everywhere!

I had a great check-in experience with Hilary. She was very patient with all my questions, very thorough in reviewing what was available and what to expect, and took the time to show me around the facility. In terms of the facility, it offers very easy access to unload a truck and with the elevator just inside the door, it was a very short walk to get everything to the storage unit. And relative to other providers in the area, the prices were very, very competitive. All-in-all I don't think I could ask for more.
