I rented a regular storage unit that was not climate controlled. It was very clean without any leaks during rains and none of my belongings were affected by moisture even during the hot, humid summer months. Del, the manager on duty, was always knowledgeable & helpful. I would definitely recommend these units.

Had some problems with the website (it wasn't very mobile-friendly) so I decided to finish the rental in-person. Before I could even put down my phone, the manager (Del) was calling me to tell me that she could see the reservation. She answered a few questions & I finished it when I arrived. It was an easy process but, honestly, it would not have gone as smoothly had it not been for her customer service experience. (Yes! Customer service DOES still exist!)

Storage Sense has been very helpful for my Needs.The photo I attached was Household Goods I moved using the Moving company - Jersey Pro Movers (New Jersey delivery to NC) When I received my boxes, many were damaged. They also would not deliver to the Unit, but made me get another UHAUL truck, unload everiy into the unit.I was charged extra $650 to get the Truck my Self.Contractors hired by Jersey Pro brought in an 18-wheeler!!!Basically tossing boxes, one on top of another without caring about the weight. Dishes, lamps, family souvenirs were broken that we packed very well...and safely. Their handling of boxes was disappointing. All my carts had busted legs, or broken wheels.And to add...Del made my transition bearable and gave me a place to feel safely home. I couldn't have done this without her Caring. Never give up! Those words stuck with me throughout my trip to lovely Hendersonville NC. I will never miss NJ!
