We rented a unit with Storage Sense around 2020, when we were preparing to move to Hattiesburg. After we finally settled in, one of our children moved back to the area and we held onto it for a while longer. Later, we began remodeling our home and needed it still. We never had ANY issues with the unit or the office and had a very good experience.

The unit I had resulted in many of my items being mildewed and I ended up having to discard them.I had the storage for a little over 2 years... there was evidence if moisture in the unit.

The employees were very nice, any and every time i interacted with them. The only problems i had ans is. Why i gave a mid rating was there were no dumpsters for the units across the street, the price going up, and the fact that i paid the insurance every month but still when i had a couple thousand dollars in damage due to rat problem, i was only reimbursed for not even half of my damages.
