It was easy to sign up, the fees were clear and it didn’t take long. I also appreciate it isn’t a yearly/month-to-month lease, and I can check out when I need to. The facility was well taken care of. It felt like joining a fancy gym but without the high price tag!

Staff is great, units are great however I would appreciate if there was at least a 48 -72 hour free change of unit policy in place as sometimes you misjudge the size unit you need. Other than that great place.

I really like the facilities and the carts provided. The design is unlike any storage facility I have ever seen. To be able to drive inside is amazing. The only negative was the ever-rising cost of renting. It became very cost prohibitive to rent there.

This location was recommended to me by a family member. I had an easy experience online setting up a reservation for a unit. Corey the manager was very nice to me both on the phone, and when we met in person. He answered all of my questions, and even made a change to the unit I was assigned at my request. The facilities are very clean, and I appreciate that they provide carts to move items to your unit. very impressed with them!

Corey was a big help! I had limited time to get my unit, and he helped me get as much taken are of before I got there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The facility is extremely clean and well managed. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a safe, temperature controlled place to store your things.

I first tried to lease on-line, but had to call because I didn't realize insurance was required. The man I spoke to was helpful and I completed the online application. I then sent the declarations page and asked for confirmation, but have not received that almost 24 hours later. I will call again today I suppose.

Staff was very polite took me up to my unit, showed me how to use my passcode and made sure I knew where everything was. Very clean everywhere. I would recommend to anyone. Update: had a unit for almost a year still great! Love the tolli g carts to transport my items to my unit and being able to park inside to load and unload. If I ever need a unit again I will for sure get one here! It is very affordable!

My move in experience was phenomenal! The place is clean, smells good, and easy to move around. I love the fact that we could pull the truck into the bay and unload our things and take it to our unit. So easy! Best storage until I’ve ever rented. Spacious and roomy. I would highly recommend!

Most of our experience was handled online. Only talked to staff once or twice in over a year. Facility was clean. Only issue is loading and unloading space. We tried to go during off hours just to ensure we would have unload/load space.

This place is awesome. We needed a unit during a move and a family emergency. It was very easy to rent a unit and the office mgmt was very responsive during the process. It’s clear that office management cares about the property and their customers. The property is well maintained and regularly inspected by the office employees. I felt like my stuff was very safe there. I’d recommend this place to anybody who looking for a clean, safe place to store their belongings.
