This storage company is by far the best! My stuff is safe and video monitored all day everyday keypad entry, climate controlled.The staff is absolutely amazing! Marlana is the greatest! She is extremely friendly and caring. She goes the extra mile to make sure she is doing everything she can to make the customer happy. Most places could careless about you or your things at this location it couldn't be farther from the truth. Thank you Marlana for everything you make this company better.

The staff at Storage Sense Utica were absolutely amazing! When we first got the unit I had accidentally chose the wrong type and they were able to get me in the correct one with no issues and, any time we had issues they got it resolved quickly. Then when we closed out our unit they were on top of it and made the moving out process flawless.

Nicole is very professional. She took time with my 88 year Uncle letting him work the various doors and locks until he made a choice of units. The units have no separate lighting but some LED portable lights can remedy that. We got a month to month lease with the first 3 months at 50% off. Good security

The office personnel was very helpful with all the details of the lease agreement, and the building itself is very well kept and clean. Unlike my last storage unit,I didn't feel uneasy leaving my belongings there, I left after I loaded my unit with a piece of mind that my stuff would be safe until my return!

Everyone was super nice and just a day before I was supposed to move out both my boyfriend and I woke up sick and they let us have a couple extra days to recover before having to come out and move my stuff with no extra fees

Clean facility, and very helpful staff. We didn't have a single issue while renting. The only request I would have is to offer a pro-rated for the last months rent. We got our stuff out the day after our last month started, but still had to pay the full months rent for one day of use...

THEY KEEP THIS STORE FACILITY CLEAN WHAT MAKES ME SO UPSET SOMETIMES I WATCH THESE PEOPLE CLEAN AND WORK THERE A** OFF AND THE CUSTOMERS FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS THEN LEFT THE OUTSIDE IN THE INSIDE LOOKING NASTY ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM . He was very friendly, professional, personable, and informative. He gave me really helpful information on different items I may need for packing, stacking and storing. We don't need the unit right away, as I was just getting starting in the looking process, but I will most certainly come back to this facility. Highly recommend this facility!!!
