Management and staff were very helpful and friendly. The units are very clean and easy to access with the use of push carts and dollies. I would definitely rent from then again in the future. I had an indoor unit where you could also park your vehicle inside as well to unload and load your stuff. Therefore, weather was never an issue. Great Place to rent a storage unit - highly recommended.

A little over two years ago I found myself in need of a storage unit to keep my belongings safe while I awaited a new job opportunity. To say I was hesitant to keep all my possessions in a storage unit was an understatement. I grew up with my dad owning a u-store and expected to only find drive up, dirty, and mice infested locations.After calling around to a few location I was immediately impressed with the staff as they asked if I wanted to come in for a tour. Needless to say my experience here was a complete luxury in comparison to my previous experience. The staff took extra time to show me multiple units when I came in for my tour and answered so many of my questions. I was extremely impressed with a drive in, heated, and clean storage facility in Michigan. At first I thought I only needed the unit for 6 months well that ended up turning into a year and a half that staff was more than accommodating.If you are on the line about renting here or somewhere else pick here as you will be happy with your choice. The units are affordable, heated, drive in, with on site support staff, friendly tenants, and are mice free! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wish they had a location in Chicago.

Everything was great, the office personnel was very friendly and helpful. The customer service rendered was outstanding being that I had a very large household to move which utilized 6 large units. The staff went out of their way to help me get the units and made sure that I didn't have to worry about that part of the move. The same on the move-out, they were wonderful. The units were very clean, and the building was clean, safe, and had all the things needed to help in the move process. Over all, I give them a five star.

This is the best storage facility that I know of. It's spotlessly clean. You get to park your car inside a garage . So when you need to put things into your storage unit, it can be pouring rain or snowing out and you and your belongings stay nice and dry. The rates are very reasonable. I've been a customer here for a few years now and I don't plan on using any other storage facility. It's clean and the manager is very nice. I also like the fact that you can park inside the facility. So even when the weather is bad, you don't have to worry about anything getting messed up from rain or snow. It's kept at a comfortable temp all year round and they have plenty of carts to use. I have recommended Premier Storage to quite a few people. Their rates are very reasonable and the same manager has been there for as long as I've been a customer. I think that says alot about this company.
