When I opened the storage unit, it originally was only for a couch. shortly after i was in a car accident which left me disabled. i had lost my job, apartment, and vehicle all in the blink of an eye. BUT! i still had that storage unit. i was able to get everything i needed to into the unit originally intended for the couch. without a job though, sadly, even though the rent prices are low and reasonable, i couldn’t make payments on time. then slowly turned to i couldn’t make the payments at all. but customer service never changed. i appreciated that more than anything. i was a month late on my last payment, i was getting phone calls and text messages daily. walking in to make the last payment i expected the worst. i expected the looks people typically give you when they realize you don’t have money and they start to think they’re better than you. instead, your staff greeted me with a smile. Even though it was a short interaction of just paying a late bill, the entire time i was there, i felt just as welcomed into the office as anyone else. So, as far as experiences go I’d say I had the best possible outcome. Thank you to all the Storage Sense employees who treated me with kindness and respect when i didn’t feel i deserved it.

The ladies were very helpful and patient while trying to work on the gates codes to work for me. They even waited outside with the lock and paperwork that I needed to sign and pick up so I wouldn't have to bring in my baby(he has a trach and so he's on a ventilator).They are always very eager to assist in anyway that they can.
