Move in was easy. One accidental missunderstanding in comunication with staff led to a lock out on our storage early into the two year stay. Move out was planned for Military movers to pack and take items . We werent informed until this message of written notice needed 14 days out. We did inform the staff on 31 March when we drove from NC to LA to meet the movers and continue on into AZ that on 3 Arpril the movers would come and on 4 April we would no longer be in the storage #3360. Even then, no 14 day reminder of a written notice was mentioned until this survey. We were in NC for the last year, couldnt just pop in either.Hoping the overpaid account refund doesnt have a dockedfee at all - if it does a max pro-rated one of 9 days should be accurate since we at least notified in person 5 days in advance.Oie - silly money grubbing rules. These are what keeps folks at bay..."hidden got-cha's!"***When people are moving, they need their $$$. Whats returned debates your comp. Future referals from us as loyal overpaying customers.***As a storage company, that shouldnt be a rule (if) your an over-paying customer.Staff was 100% Amazing though, they hired very well. Issue was resolved very promptly - no repeats.
