I had to move and needed a place to store my belongings. I had never used any storage place but was so happy to find this place. Holly was so helpful and kind. It was very clean and easy to get to. I loved the climate control units.

Was super nice! Let us double check which size unit would work best for us, helped us quickly getting set up, and showed us an app for easier access to the gate.Was very nice and respectful! The employees have been great! They communicate well, keeping in touch about reservations, payments, and any other issues. They were very supportive during our move-in. The units are in great shape, with indoor, climate-controlled units available. We had to reserve multiple units, and ended up not using one. It took some time to resolve as the units had been bundled together, but they did fix it in the end and give us a refund for the unused space.

Most of my communication was on the phone with my daughter on site a few times. Employees were very helpful and communication was easily done. Though I was not personally there during move in, I was informed that it went very smoothly. Storage sense was able to accommodate my changing needs throughout my move. Great job!

I rented the storage space for our local Salvation Army Store to store Christmas items. I actually did not store items, just oversaw the account. Price increased at Storage Sense, so I checked around, was able to find a cheaper unit that suited our needs. The facility is great, no issues that I know of. Staff was great to deal with.
