I was very grateful for my experience with Storage Sense. It was the first time I had ever needed a storage unit. The staff was always polite, professional and so very helpful. If i ever find myself in need of another storage unit I will definitely be giving Storage Sense a call.

the lady I paid was very nice my only problem is I got the wrong size 10×10 when I should have gotten a 10x15 but when I called to fix it it was way to expensive almost $200 a month that's just crazy!!

Always very nice and helpful. I didn't know about the 14 day notice to move out ,it might have been in my paperwork but when you have to move out sometimes you don't know when it's gonna happen.

I needed a place for about 6 months as I was getting my home ready to sell. Since it was summertime, I needed a nice dry place to store all my winter clothes and blankets some furniture and some paper items such as books and personal records. Things that you wouldn’t want to suffer from the damp Kentucky air. Storage Sense in Glasgow had a perfect solution for me. The price was very fair and the space was immaculate and very important… DRY. Storage sense worked with me to arrange my monthly payment to come out of the bank at a day that was most convenient to me. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a very nice, clean, dry and secure facility to store their treasures in.

This was my second time using this storage location. They are always friendly and the units are clean and access is paved with plenty of room to maneuver. The same associate helped me over 4 years ago and she is still there. Actually remembered me. My in-laws also used this same storage location. I would highly recommend.

In my opinion this is the only nice, clean, and well kept storage facility in Glasgow. Not only did the wonderful ladies who work there explain and give me examples of what I was looking for, the environment was friendly. I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking. The security of this location alone makes me feel confident I can trust my belongings in this facility. I give them a 5 star rating.

I have used Storage Sense for several years now and can only say great things about the staff, specifically Logan Cross. She has been immensely helpful in answering any questions or concerns I might have. I recently took advantage of their referral program, and Logan also helped guide me through that. It should be noted that I no longer live in the area (visit often) but refuse to move my things because their customer service is unmatched.If you're in need of a storage unit, I highly recommend this place.

Price right, but need more security cameras to protect vehicle and storage units to stop burglary at storage place. Mine and several other RVs were broken into, more cameras would have helped to detour, identify and/or catch the thief’s.
