We required a storage unit for 5-6 months. Our first day, my husband put our lock on the wrong unit. We received a call from Ed almost immediately. He took excellent care of the property and really looked out for his customers. It was a great experience all around.

Betty provides the ultimate professionalism in support of storage unit facilities and account management. Very clean and well kept facility nice level asphalt surfaces and easy opening doors. Very clean office and bathroom and very secure site with video cameras everywhere. If you are looking for a storage facility in Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox area, look no further. I looked at one in New Lenox on Schoolhouse Road and I thought one of the potholes was going to swallow up me and my motorcycle. At Storage Sense, I had one 10’ x 15’ unit for furniture, and small items from my house, basement and garage and one 5’ x 10’ for my cycle. The facility is adequate quality, and the prices are reasonable for the area. I don't like the limitations on hours. I can't access my shed between 10 PM and 6 AM. I probably wouldn't need to, but I would like the option.
