Update: well this morning, Ms. Melissa gave me a call and she is very sweet and accommodating. She arranged for a unit transfer to switch my unit as the previous one wasn’t the right one for me. She personally contacted me and even sent me videos and pictures of the new location of my unit that is indeed closer to the access point. Now I’m more comfortable bringing a uhaul into the storage today to move the bulk of my things. I really appreciate all the help, and look forward to meeting. Thank you again
