You guys have been a great company to use for storage space. I unfortunately lost my job, after getting sick and then having several loved ones pass away I havent been able to keep up with my payments. The manager and staff have been Awesome by working with me despite the lack of payment. Unfortunately I ended up loosing my storage to auction but at the end of the day there's always a lesson to be learned from it all.

I gave this place a bad review because I thought they had charged me for a month and did not refund me. I vacated the unit on the first day of the period and the charge was stopped, but I did not verify this on my account before accusing them of not refunding my monthly fee. I posted a bad review because I did not check before writing. Bob is a great guy and he researched the situation and got back to me immediately. I would recommend this location, and Bob, to anyone.
