We we greeted by the staff as we came in to the office, he was very polite and knowledgable - He found out what our need was and put us in a unit that is perfect for what we need to store. Before leaving we were given all the pertinent information we needed such as hours , gate code and after hours contact info.

Have climate controlled units but only issue of entire move was the door to facility wasn’t wide enough to place our brand new refrigerator with glass doors and 2 bottom bins. Sidnt want to dismantle late at night. So have to store outside at son’s home until our home built. Otherwise happy.

Everything went smoothly getting a rental unit. The storage sense account I set up didn't recognize me or my assigned unit number. Come to find out my email address had been accidentally entered incorrectly. Damien helped out and got everything fixed. Very nice people and very helpful. Nice facility. Thank you.

I have had to use storage before in different states. STORAGE sense in Spring hill, FL was and is great. The Staff are great. Extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable and very friendly. They make time spent there enjoyable. I mean, one doesn't go to a storage unit looking for fun(lol). It's just plain nice to have staff genuinely caring and helpful in reducing the stress.

Damian (sorry if I misspell it) did an amazing job of making the reservation process on site extremely easy and was very efficient. I ran over as soon as they opened and I was shown the unit, explained everything, as well as set up with the rental agreement within 30 minutes. Very pleased with the process of the team at our local spring hill, Florida location and we will continue to refer to them!

Very secure and very easy to rent a unit. Price is comparable to others in the area and facility is new and clean.I do have mixed feelings on needing the code to open gate to leave... it's a pain but it is more secure. Overall, a great experience in storage.

It was great The manager was polite and the place is clean well kept the only problem need more carts to move the stuff on especially if it's upstairs it was very busy that day and waited a while that I had to call someone to come carry stuff and to leave the facility it should be a drive up close and the gate opens automatically not that you have pinch in the code

I rented a 10x20 drive up online and everything went smoothly. The 10 ft high ceiling allowed me to move the contents of a 10x15 8ft ceiling in and only used half the unit. It will save me money in the long run, so I can move my 2nd 10x15 here. Thank you!
