Everything is clean, well maintained and very well lit.Security cameras are everywhere and monitered consistently.Access hours are 6am-10pm, seven days a week.The owners are welcoming, patiently answer any/ all my questions, professional and courteous...they are just lovely people.The prices are fair and the quality of the units is excellent.I highly recommend Storage Sense for the extra space you need.Patty A.

My experience was good. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Although I wasn't able to get the unit size I needed. That was a little disappointing. And the monthly price is to high, especially in these hard times.

My home was hit with Hurricane Ian and I needed to find a storage solution for my household effects. I arrived in the early evening and was driving by the Storage Sense Facility on Hart Road when I noticed that person who was closing was about to get in her car to go home. I pulled in just to see if there was any units available so I could return in the morning. Not only did she answer the question, she explained the services and unit rates. If they cared for the client that much to take the time to do that, I knew that this was the place I wanted to entrust my property. Bravo for the caring attitude for the client! J. Storie

There are only two things That I don't like. The first is that I think it's a little too expensive but that's the world we live in now. The only other thing is they forget to call me when it's due.I know it's my responsibility but I let them know that my memory is really bad and they told me they would call me but they usually don't. Yeah I know it's my fault but a little reminder would be nice. Otherwise they are Great 👍
