UPDATE - Storage Sense has contacted me and have taken care of my issue. They went out of their way and very much appreciate it!I have been to the storage unit 3 times without being able to access my unit. The door was broken once and literally took weeks to get it fixed. Another time I went and they put padlocks on the doors going into the units (Um, hello…why were we not notified and why are you never available?) Today, same issue, so called after hours (they are great) and the padlock codes changed and again could not access the unit. After 1/2 hour of she doing the most and getting the new code, the door was sealed shut!! Annoying. They should be paying me for all the times I haven’t had access. Plus, tell the clients that there will be padlocks and provide the code. It’s not that hard people!

I like that this storage facility is back off the main road just a little bit so it has a safer more secure feel to it In general and it's well kept, very clean. The storage facility advertised online rentals but I wasn't able to finish the process completely online. When u got to the end of the process and was sent a lease to sign it kept freezing after I put in all my information and tried to sign. I had to restart the lease signing process probably ten times and gave up. The gate code listed on the lease worked but the unit was still locked up so I had too come back the next day and go into the office to finish signing because it wouldn't let me sign anything from the link I was given. The office staff was super helpful and got it taken care of quickly. Overall I'm satisfied with the facility and my experience but wanted to let the business know of the problems I had online so they could fix it for other people trying to rent a space. Thanks

When COVID Hit I lost my job...my place to live.....my wife was in the hospital with COVID not knowing. If she would come home and than our car was stolen. And yes. We did not have money to pay storage. And I forgot to mention our storage unit was broken into and our possessions we're stolen . . ...... I stored my RV at this location for six months. It was perfect for our needs and the staff was nothing but nice. The parking for vehicles is down a bit of a grade but if your vehicle is less than 30’ you shouldn’t have any issues.

This Monday morning is quiet at Storage Sense, and the roadways throughout the facility are trash-free! These types of things may seem to be expected, but things werent always nice and upkept like they are now. The significant improvements surrounding the property, maintnence and security is due to the properties new management: Storage Sense employees Dai and Justin. These two are without question the most helpful people I’ve ever professionally encountered. Any and every issue I’ve personally had, or any of the tenants I know have had, have been resolved in a timely and above-and-beyond mannor. Dai, the facilities’ manager is a great leader and has helped in every aspect involving the storage complex that you could imagine. I’m proud of where my stuff is stored and so very glad (and honestly impressed) about the relatively newfound safety and problem free enviroment he has created and how quickly he accomplished it. Thanks Dai! Dai’s second in command, Justin, is a great addition to the team. His hard work ethic, positive energy, and kind nature. is a true blessing to have around.
