We had two storage units with them even before Storage Sense took over. I was worried that the service would change, but it continued to be first-class. Paul was always available for questions and was very helpful, and the website is easy to navigate for setting up payments, etc. They have a bathroom available that is always clean, the area is clean, etc. We moved out of the area, so we no longer have units there, but I highly recommend them!!
