They so friendly and helpful. My gate code didn't work and I was able to call them and they gave a emergency code right over the phone. The people in the office were very helpful and friendly. Excellent service.

Not bad for my use since I park my trailer here. I think they should update their information about the parking size though, it nowhere near 10x25ft and lines are crooked and narrow for parking trailers

My experience with Storage Sense was great. I initially called about the College Station location but they didn't have the size I needed so I was forwarded to Bryan. I was perturbed by the unavailability of the employee at the time of my availability to come sign for the unit. However, after arriving there to sign at the time he specified, he did so well that I didn't care about the wait.

Really like the storage facility & has always had helpful staff. The 1 problem I have with them is that they have not fixed or replaced an outside light that comes on at dark close by my storage unit. I know its been out a 1 1/2 - 2 years. Im an elderly woman & my unit is on the first row of storages but its almost to the end (so is the burnt out light) & its extremely dark & feel unsafe. Do not understand why they wont fix it. I pay a good sum of $ for my unit & that outside light should be fixed.

I found a great deal so that was a good thing. It was convenient to store items in my unit. Easy access and not too far from TAMU campus. I'm a little upset because some of my items became moldy/ruined since the unit wasn't temperature control and I had to leave my things for a year. But overall happy with my experience.

Just got my unit today. Everything and everyone has been really nice, and the online system is easy to use.Edit: The rent went up after a while there. I’m not sure if I was notified that it was happening or not (I delete a lot of emails), but I thought the lease I signed locked me into the price I signed for. Not a huge deal, but it irritated me.
